Tina began to get serious about her fitness journey in 2015.  She developed a passion for fitness and enjoys teaching clients how to balance work, family and fitness. 

She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, and has specializations in Corrective Exercise, Sports Performance, and Senior Fitness.  She is currently working toward her Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification.  She loves continuing her education about anatomy and functional movement.

Tina is retired from the Wyoming Air National Guard and currently works as a Senior Accountant for the Wyoming Military Department.  She is married and has three kids.

Ianna is a born and raised Cheyenne native. She loves playing softball and watching her 2 kids compete in sports. Traveling with her husband Josh and spending quality time with her larger than life family! Ianna fell in love with dance from a young age, doing tap, hip hop, and Mexican Folklorico, and has been dancing ever since. She has been a Zumba instructor since 2015 and is currently working on obtaining her NASM group fitness certification. She holds an associates degree in applied science and, by day, is a finance supervisor. She found fitness in 2011 when she was at the unhealthiest point in life, and caring for an infant. Learning how to incorporate ways to de-stress and live a healthier lifestyle has become a passion of her's, and she loves to share with others what has worked for her. Her favorite saying is, "There are no wrong moves in Zumba only dance solos!" Which can be said for life as well; live and learn, but always dance!

Tristin began her health and fitness journey in 2013. About 9 months in, she quit her full-time job to pursue her newly found passion for fitness. She started out as a receptionist and since 2015 has been a certified personal trainer. She is currently certified through NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine.

In 2017, Tristin began powerlifting. She has competed in 9 meets in 4 different states. She holds Wyoming state records in the squat (402.2 lbs), bench press (203.9 lbs) , and deadlift (402.2 lbs).

She has a passion to help people reach their full potential and help them gain self-love and confidence through fitness and lifting weights. Tristin is our full time trainer and a co-owner of HIIT30. You can find her at the gym nearly every day.

Tristin has been married to her husband Jerod “Rod” for 16 years. She has two children, Isaac 21, and Jalynne 16. She enjoys walking her dog, Luna, spending time with family, working out, lifting weights, and going to concerts.  30.

Tambra was born and raised in Wyoming and is grateful to continue to call it home. In 2020 she retired after 30 years as a Federal Probation Officer, with the last eight years serving as the Chief U.S. Probation Officer for the District of Wyoming.  She has spent most of her life pursing a variety of methods to maintain physical and mental wellness and fitness. For the past five years hiking, HIIT, and yoga have been her favorite methods.

Nichole Joined HIIT30 in July 2019, started training in November of 2020. Have been doing HIIT since 2013. 

She is a NASM certified personal trainer and a certified trainer in Motivational Interviewing

Her favorite part of being a trainer is finding new and creative formats to keep individual's minds engaged while pushing their bodies. 

Nichole is from Cheyenne, and her favorite thing to do is spending time with her two dogs. 



 

Meet Alex, one of our certified personal trainers and co-owner of HIIT 30.



 

Jack has been in the fitness Industry since 2018 and has been at HIIT 30 since 2019. He is a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Co-Owner of HIIT 30. He also holds an A.A.S in Hospitality and Fitness Management.

 Jack really enjoys training clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals. He enjoys how HIIT 30 provides full body workouts with functional movements that can not only makes us stronger but helps us with all aspects of life.

Jack is from Palm Bay, FL and is currently serving the Wyoming Air National Guard for over 13 years. He is married and has two children and he enjoys spending time with his family traveling, camping, and spending time outdoors. 



 

Monica is the co-founder and President of HIIT 30.  She has lived in Cheyenne since 1994, when she left the Air Force to join the WY ANG.


Monica has a BS degree in Information Technology Management and several AS degrees.


Her hobbies include hiking, camping geocaching and jigsaw puzzles.


She is married and has three kids.
